HUBBALLI: Karnataka Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State President B.Y. Vijayendra launched a scathing attack on the ruling Congress government, alleging that the mechanism behind recent sting operations has shifted directly from the party office to the corridors of Vidhana Soudha. Speaking to reporters in Hubballi on Sunday, Vijayendra made a series of explosive political claims concerning state politics, sugarcane farmers’ protests, and the KPSC recruitment controversies.
“Sting Operations Moved to Vidhana Soudha”
Addressing the media regarding political developments and upcoming legislative council elections, Vijayendra claimed that the true impact of recent sting operations would surface once the elections conclude.
“The setup and execution of sting operations, which were earlier orchestrated from the Congress party office, have now officially shifted to Vidhana Soudha,” Vijayendra charged.
He further alleged that internal friction within the ruling party is intensifying, stating that senior Congress leaders are convening behind closed doors to orchestrate moves against Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and push for leadership changes.
