Bengaluru: Sandalwood superstar Kiccha Sudeep unveiled the first-look title announcement video for his highly anticipated period drama, ‘DEVARAAYA’. Marking a bold transformation in his career, Sudeep will embody the legendary Vijayanagara emperor Sri Krishnadevaraya on screen. 

The announcement carries significant weight for fans, as Sudeep has historically been vocal about his reservations regarding period roles due to the immense responsibility of accurately representing real historical figures.

The title announcement video introduces Sudeep in an imposing, royal avatar. Adorned in traditional attire, complete with an intricately detailed crown, layers of pearl jewellery, and royal insignia, the actor maintains a dignified posture that exudes authority.
