In an era where theatrical runs are growing shorter amid rapidly changing viewing habits, completing 25 days in cinemas has become a notable achievement. The Kannada film Full Meals has crossed this milestone, registering a steady and encouraging run at the box office across Karnataka.

Released on November 21, Full Meals is a light-hearted romantic entertainer set against the vibrant backdrop of weddings. The film centres on a middle-class wedding photographer whose routine pre-wedding photoshoot takes an unexpected turn when he finds himself caught in a humorous love triangle. What begins as a simple professional assignment gradually evolves into an engaging narrative filled with romance, confusion, and gentle humour.

Now in its fourth week in theatres, the film continues to attract audiences, aided largely by positive word of mouth and its clean, family-friendly appeal. Viewers have responded well to its relatable setting and understated storytelling, making it a comfortable watch for all age groups.

The film is headlined by Likhith Shetty, who also serves as its producer, and is directed by debutant N Vinayaka. Performances by Khushi Ravi and Tejaswini Sharma have been widely appreciated for bringing emotional warmth and balance to the narrative. Together, the cast contributes to a grounded portrayal of relationships, aspirations, and family values within a middle-class milieu.

Positioned as a wholesome entertainer, Full Meals blends humour and romance while offering a slice-of-life look at the dreams and dilemmas of a wedding photographer. With a fixed wedding, a pre-wedding shoot in progress, and a growing attraction towards the protagonist, the film keeps audiences engaged by posing a simple yet intriguing question—what happens next?

Likhith Shetty, known for his earlier roles in Sankashtakara Ganapathi, Abbabba, and Family Pack, further strengthens his standing as a promising actor with this performance. His portrayal has been noted for its sincerity and relatability.

Director N Vinayaka , hailing from Chitradurga, makes a confident debut with Full Meals. Having also written the story and screenplay, Vinayaka has earned appreciation from both audiences and industry circles, with the film’s 25-day theatrical run positioning him as a filmmaker to watch.

The supporting cast features Rangayana Raghu, Sooraj Lokre, Vijay Chandoor, Ravishankar Gowda, Rajesh Nataranga, Sujay Shastri, Chandrakala Mohan, Honnavalli Krishna, Ramesh Pandit, Chethan Durga, Nagendra Aras, Moogu Suresh, Ganesh Rao, and Kote Prabhakar, all of whom add depth and texture to the narrative.

On the technical front, the film boasts music by Gurukiran, editing by Deepu S. Kumar, cinematography by Manohar Joshi, and dialogues by Harish Gowda. Vishwas Kashyap serves as art director, Arjun Raj handles stunts, while lyrics are penned by Kaviraj and Pramod Maravante.

With its sustained theatrical presence and audience approval, Full Meals stands out as a refreshing success story in contemporary Kannada cinema.
