Bangalore to Witness Civil Defence Mock Drill Tomorrow: 32 Emergency Sirens to be Blown Around 4 pm

As an awareness to the citizens of country during a war emergency , Indian government has decided to conduct a civil defence mock drill to tomorrow across country.

Karnataka will conduct mock drills at 3 districts including Raichur and Bangalore.These mock drills are conducted in the wake of possibilities of war with Pakistan after terrorists killed 26 tourists in Pahalgam .

Mock drills in Karnataka are conducted by the State defence chief in coordination with the DGP of the state , Home guards and Fire Department. During this drill citizens are taught self defence , rescue operations and training for their safety .

32 emergency sirens will be blown across Bangalore City before demonstrations. This mock drill will be conducted for a week from tomorrow 4 PM
