Srinagar Kitty and Rachita Ram starrer Sanju weds Geetha-2 movie is getting a re-release after its pathetic performance in theatres across the state .

The producers of this movie are now planning to re-release the movie by adding 20 minutes of extra footage. As per reports, the new version will undergo fresh censorship before hitting the cinemas again.

Sanju weds Geetha-2 , released on January 17, opened to a lukewarm reception in theatre across the state . The movie had negative reviews by almost all film critics and the public who watched the movie were also disappointed with an outdated screenplay and ordinary performances by the lead actors.

This move to bring back the movie back again to theatres was planned as soon as the movie ended its one week disastrous run in theatres with negative reviews.

Produced by Chalawadi Kumar and directed by Nagashekhar, this movie also stars Chethan Chandra and Ragini Dwivedi in special appearance.

A new release date will be announced soon by the film makers . It will be interesting to see if the re-release with 20 minutes extra footage can bring back the audience with positive reviews .
