Bangaloreans can reach Chennai in 3 hours now

The new under construction Bangalore-Chennai expressway will reduce the travelling time to just 3 hours

The new expressway is built in three phases on an estimated cost of 17,000 crores. It will be known as NE-7 and is 262 kilometres long .

Karnataka will have a 71 kilometres stretch of this expressway , which will be readied by December . The commuters will get a huge relief as the travel time from Bangalore to Chennai will get reduced to three hours . As of now the commuters take six hours to reach Chennai.

Another big relief is that the travel time from Hoskote to KGF town will get reduced by 45 minutes instead of 1.5 hours of existing travel time.
