Bjp got a shot in the arm when the Enforcement Directorate involved in the Valmiki scam and arrested former minister Nagendra. But BJP didn’t capitalize on this and instead focused on exposing to the MUDA scam which proved futile with the witty CM , a seasoned lawyer himself, defending the facts on the case which kept the BJP in a checkmate.
Baffled after losing the whole plot, BJP now turns towards highlighting the forgotten Valmiki board scam .And yes , this is going to be the biggest catch for the opposition, as Valmiki board financial scam is surely going to expose the skeletons in the Congress’s closet.
The padayatre from Basavakalyan to Bellary is surely going to give BJP an edge over the ruling party as its not only about a scam of huge crores , But funds belonging to the schedule tribe welfare board misused by the ruling party , thus betraying the ST Community who voted in a large number for the Congress and hurting their sentiments.
Ramesh Jharkiholi , senior scheduled tribe leader in the BJP party, swung into action along with another senior leader Basanagouda Patil Yatnal in taking out the much needed padayatre to bellary.
BJP stands divided in this campaign as party president Vijayendra has not being taken into confidence by both Yatnal and Jharkiholi.
Sources speaking to Bangalore Mail said that the BJP central leadership doesn’t want to lose this opportunity of exposing big names involved the Valmiki board scam to the public and would like to capatalise on this issue to establish a strong hold in Hyderabad Karnataka region.
BJP central leadership is having a meeting with the state leaders regarding this padayatre in Delhi today .
